1. Who We Are

Saju Lab is an AI-powered saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) reading service operated from South Korea. By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What Saju Lab Provides

Saju Lab provides AI-generated personality readings, compatibility analyses, and fortune insights based on the Four Pillars of Destiny (사주). These readings are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

Our readings are not a substitute for professional advice — medical, psychological, legal, financial, or otherwise. Do not make major life decisions based solely on your saju reading.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at sajulab.support@gmail.com.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Saju Lab.

4. Bok Credits & Payments

Saju Lab uses an in-app currency called bok (복) to unlock readings. Bok can be purchased via Stripe using a credit or debit card.

• All bok purchases are final and non-refundable. Because bok unlocks AI-generated digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.
• Bok credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• We reserve the right to modify bok pricing at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI outputs at scale
• Share your account with others
• Abuse or harass our support team

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The Saju Lab name, logo, and interface are our property. AI-generated reading content is licensed to you for personal use only — you may share excerpts for non-commercial purposes (e.g., social media) but may not resell or republish readings in full.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Saju Lab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any reading for any particular purpose. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saju Lab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be handled in Korean courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
