1. Who We Are

Saju Lab ("we", "us", "our") is an astrology and saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) reading service operated from South Korea. You can reach us at sajulab.support@gmail.com.

2. What We Collect

When you use Saju Lab, we collect:

• Account information: your email address and password (or Google account info if you sign in with Google)
• Birth information: birth year, month, day, and optionally birth hour — used solely to generate your saju chart and readings
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Usage data: which readings you've unlocked and your bok balance

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate your saju readings and analyses
• To process payments and manage your bok balance
• To save your reading history so you can access it again
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)

We do not sell your data. We do not use your birth data for any purpose other than generating your readings.

4. Where We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL database). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. AI readings are generated via the Anthropic Claude API — your data is sent to their servers to generate responses and is not stored by Anthropic.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Export your data upon request

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. All bok (our in-app currency) purchases are final and non-refundable. Because bok unlocks AI-generated digital content that is delivered immediately, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances. Please make sure you understand what you are purchasing before completing payment.

8. Children

Saju Lab is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll note the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
